My Go-To References for Healing + My Daily Practice

Over the years, I’ve been asked countless times: “Kelly, how did you actually heal? What did you do day-to-day to get from rock bottom to where you are now?”

The truth is, there wasn’t one magic fix. My healing has been a layered journey—sobriety, emotional work, spiritual tools, physical practices, and lifestyle shifts. It took experimenting, falling down, getting back up, and finding what truly resonated with me.

I finally decided to put it all in one place. Below you’ll find my personal references for healing and the daily practices that continue to support me today. These are the coaches, tools, communities, and rituals that shaped my transformation and continue to keep me grounded, sober, and connected.

From Sobersis (the program I joined the moment I stopped drinking), to Dr. Nicole LePera’s How To Do The Work, to microdosing, holistic healthcare, cannabis alternatives, and even my EMS workouts at BodyStreet—this is the unfiltered list. Some of these resources helped me heal ancestral pain, some supported my body, and others simply gave me healthier rituals to replace old patterns.

A reminder: This is my journey, not medical advice. Take what resonates, leave the rest, and always listen to your own body, spirit, and intuition.

You can read the full list, attached.

If you’re on your own path of reinvention, I hope this list gives you ideas, inspiration, or even just the reassurance that healing doesn’t look one way. It’s messy, nonlinear, and beautifully unique—just like you.

With love,

Kelly
